My dearest Roshanne,
I am so sorry I haven’t written sooner, I know excuses are not what you need but with everything going on with the wedding and Dad’s health Luke has been on my mind and taking a great deal of my free time.. I promise when Luke is back on an even keel, I will be back home to see you, soon, I promise.
My nights have been cold without you, but knowing I will be in your arms again soon makes my days worth while.
Is Lucy still in Sweden with Claire’s mum? I gather the funeral will be next week and I hope James can get the visa for “mum” to move to England.
I know that your exams must be coming to an end soon, I really hope you have managed to get your head down in to your books.
I hope this letter has found you happy and well and missing me as much as I am missing you. I know that my being away has not been easy for you but I wil phone you again when I have completed my exams and you have finished yours.
